FASHIONFUTURE: 2010 FASHION MENTOR PROGRAM (the “COMPETITION”) is conducted by FASHIONFUTURE (ABN 77182881026) PO Box 32, Balmain NSW 2041.
Fashion Future Mentor Program forms an integral part of www.FashionFuture.com.au/jobs as coaching mentoring fall under the umbrella of Fashion Future Careers and Recruitment.
1) FASHIONFUTURE: 2010 FASHION MENTOR PROGRAM is targeted at and open to NEW & EMERGING TALENT in the Fashion & Beauty Industry.
MENTORS: ALL FASHION Designers, Fashion Business Leaders and Fashion Professionals participating in the Fashion Future 2010 Mentor Program.
New & Emerging Talent:
- Category 1: Student
- 3rd year qualifications
- Alternatively Fashion qualifications + significant Industry experience
- Category 2: Fashion Designer
- Graduates
- 3 years industry experience
- Category 3: You have a career in the fashion & Beauty Industry-PR, Sales, marketing, retail, executive, supply, operations, production. Etc….
- 3 years Industry experience
2) Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
How to enter:
Entrants must enter their name and a valid email address. All parts of the form must be completed. To submit your entry: click the submit button at the bottom on the form. You must:
- be a registered Fashion Future Job Seeker.
- Have a strong body of work, ambition and Talent.
- select at least 1 category but may also select all 3 Fashion Industry Categories:
- Category 1: Student
- 3rd year qualifications
- Alternatively must demonstrate
- Category 2: Fashion Designer
- Category 3: You have a career in the fashion Industry-PR, Sales, marketing, retail, executive, supply, operations, production. Etc….
- provide a short biography in 60 words.
- answer the question “Why do you want to meet ‘MENTOR’? in 25 words or less
- A candidate can only enter each competition only ONCE, however they can enter as many competitions as they wish. Each competition requires unique email addresses.
- You may opt to receive the Fashion Future newsletter, but this is not compulsory to enter the competition.
- You must refer 2 friends to Fashion Future who are not already members.
- The emails must be valid and unique identities.
- The 2010 Fashion Mentor Program does not cost and there are no fees. The promoters, Fashion Future, the ‘Fashion Businesses’, and the Mentors are not liable for any costs associated with the candidate participating in this program.
- The promoters, Fashion Future, the ‘Fashion Businesses’ and the Mentors are not liable for any damage, personal harm or injury that may result during the mentor sessions.
- Similarly, the candidates must agree and accept that Fashion Future, the ‘Mentors’ and ‘Fashion Businesses’ are not responsible for workplace negligence during the allocated mentor sessions associated with the candidate participating in this program.
- You must agree to terms & conditions
3) The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4) Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. If there is any conflict between these Conditions of Entry and any other material, then these Conditions of Entry will prevail.
5) Staff and immediate family members of Fashion Future, the Mentors and ‘the Fashion Businesses” and any agencies associated with any companies providing services or benefits to this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
6) The referral email must not be already registered with www.FashionFuture.com.au.
7) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the closing date, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8) The 2010 Fashion Future Mentor Program runs for 12 Months. The Competition Closes early May coinciding with Rosemount Fashion Week:
9) The draw will take place either at www.FashionFuture.com.au Head Offices in Sydney within 7 days of the competition ending; alternatively, at respective MENTORs & Fashion Business premises. The winners will be notified by email and phoned - and will be announced in the newsletter emailed from the website of www.FashionFuture.com.au.
10) The 2010 Fashion Mentor Program is judged by Fashion Future and corresponding MENORS and Fashion Business. The judge's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. No feedback is provided.
11) The winner will be selected based on the best response given including a combination of but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience and career aspirations. The winner must have referred at least 2 friends to www.FashionFuture.com.au/jobs during the promotional period
12) The winner has an exclusive meeting with Henry Roth at his studio. This is a one on one mentoring opportunity with Henry Roth the Fashion Mentor
13) After the winners have been confirmed and notified, mentor session time, locations and date will be negotiated with each ‘Mentor’, “Fashion Business” and Fashion Future. The winners details and photo will be published on the website.
14) The prize is not refundable, non-endorsable or non-transferable. The promoter, Fashion Future and the Fashion Businesses are not liable for any costs associated with this competition.
Interstate candidates are encouraged to enter this competition however, as per above, the person entering the competition is responsible for all costs including travel.
15) The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place, as the original scheduled draw if necessary in order to distribute a prize, if the prize is unclaimed by that date of the original draw. In the event that the winner is not contactable after a period of 1 week from the date of the draw, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and there will be no second chance draw.
16) All entries become the property of the promoter.
17) If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
18) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19) The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the website user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition
20) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
21) Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
22) The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
